The case of one of the two suspects accused of vandalizing more than half of the bus fleet for School of the Osage is scheduled to be back in the courtroom on Tuesday. Shane Sabourin of Lake Ozark was charged back in early April, 2016 with 18 class-C felony counts of tampering with a motor vehicle after, allegedly, slashing tires and breaking out windows on the buses. A scheduled jury trial was cancelled earlier this year. Tuesday’s hearing is identified as a pre-trial conference with the trial itself now scheduled to begin on October 1st. A second suspect accused in the vandalism was killed in a PWC accident in July of 2016.
