Two of the suspects in the William Van Note murder case could be ready to testify against Van Note’s daughter Susan. The Columbia Daily Tribune is reporting that a prosecutor told a Boone County judge this week that Stacey and Desre Dory of Shawnee, Kansas are cooperating in the case against Susan Van Note. Stacey Dory was in court on Monday for a hearing. Susan Van Note is charged with first degree murder and forgery in the death of her father. The Dory’s are charged with second degree murder and forgery. Prosecutors say Susan Van Note along with the Dory’s forged a letter that took William Van Note off of life support at a Columbia hospital. He had been taken there after he was found shot and stabbed inside his Sunrise Beach home in October of 2010. Susan Van Note’s murder trial is set to start in November.
