A popular event for Lake area kids returns this weekend. It’s the third annual Jerry Adams Memorial Take A Kid Fishing Derby in Osage Beach City Park. Organizer Bill Cassidy says it’s all free:

The Fishing Derby takes place from 9 a.m. – noon tomorrow. If it rains. they’ll hold it on Sunday. The rain date is Sunday.
