The man accused of murdering his girlfriend in Laclede County is having his case continued.
Mark Tampow is accused of allegedly shooting 53-year-old Brenda Rogers of Lebanon.
Police reports show they arrived at a home at the 500 block of Polk Street on August 13th, there they found Rogers dead inside the home.
A Pre-trial conference is now set for August 1st in Laclede County court.
Tampow argued he couldn’t afford an attorney and wanted a public defender, but the court found Tampow with adequate resources for private counsel and have since denied his request.
He’s currently free on a $100,000 bond.
