Traffic was tied up for more than four hours, yesterday, after a tanker truck flipped over on the Highway 54 overpass in Lake Ozark and spilled four thousand gallons of Rhino Seal asphalt sealer onto the roadway. The accident happened just before nine in the morning. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources sent their Emergency Response Unit to monitor clean up, after it was reported that the asphalt sealer was running down an embankment and into a nearby creek.
