A Lancaster, Missouri, teenager is seriously hurt in a one-vehicle on highway-54, just west of route-AA, in Miller County.

The highway patrol says that it happened Tuesday morning when the vehicle driven by 19-year-old Colby Frederick ran off the road, struck a post and a ditch, then overturned.

Frederick was not wearing a seat belt and suffered serious injuries. He was taken to University Hospital.
