The Missouri Attorney General has obtained a consent judgment against a Florida telemarketing company for violating telephone solicitation laws. Chris Koster says a number of complaints were filed against Higher Response Marketing for calling names on the state’s No Call List. The company will pay a 25-thousand dollar fine.
