The insane clown posse will not be coming to the Lake of the Ozarks after all. The rap-metal group is no longer planning on holding their yearly outdoor festival at the cry baby campground in Kaiser. Sources say promoters have agreed to let the local campground out of its contract and are now looking for a different venue. The five day festival which used to be held in southern Illinois, draws tens of thousands of people but has also developed a reputation for unruliness marked by drug overdoses, fights, arrests and deaths of some juggalos, the term by which insane clown posse fans are known. Neither I.C.P. nor its promoters have commented on other locations they may be looking at to hold the annual festival.
