Three Arrested in Drug Bust in Miller County

Three people are facing charges after a drug bust in Miller County. The Miller County Sheriff’s office, Highway Patrol, and Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force served warrants at a location on Midway Road Monday. 33-year old Brandon Phelps, 19-year old Dominick Vernon, and 28-year old Bridgette Beard, all of Eldon, were all detained and arrested. Phelps had a warrant for parole violation. Vernon and Beard both face charges of possession of a controlled substance. Vernon is also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and he had an active warrant for failing to appear on a larceny charge.
