An early-morning traffic stop in Miller County lands two people in jail on several felony warrants and a third person in custody on misdemeanor charges. Highway Patrol reports say it happened shortly after 1:15 Monday morning. Taken into custody were 28-year-old Anthony Short, of Kaiser, and 24-year-old Justin Hartwick, of Eldon. Hartwick had also been wanted on a probation and parole warrant. Both Short and Hartwick are being held on no bond. A third person, 24-year-old Taryn Gann of Lake Ozark, had been wanted on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear on original charges of possessing marijuana and paraphernalia. She is also being held on no bond until, at least, her first appearance back in court.
