Three arrests reported by the Highway and Water Patrol Friday night involved alcohol.
68-year old Edmund Westby of St. Louis was arrested by the Highway Patrol at 11 o’clock Friday night for charges including DWI.
On the water, 43-year old Michael Beal of Rolla was charged with BWI shortly before 7pm and 27-year old Richard McNabb of St. Louis was charged with BWI just after 9pm.
