Three from Eldon Arrested by Highway Patrol

Two Eldon residents were taken to the Miller County jail after arrests late Thursday night and early Friday morning. 28-year old Timothy Savage is facing 11 pending charges, including resisting arrest and multiple warrants. He has a felony warrant for dangerous drugs from St. Louis County, along with warrants from the Pacific Police Department, Franklin County, and Miller County. His arrest time is listed as 12:16 a.m. 31-year old Torey Capestro was taken to the jail on a charge of hindering the prosecution of a felony around 11:30 p.m. It was not immediately clear from Highway Patrol reports if the two arrests are related.

An Eldon woman has a couple future court dates after being taken into custody late Thursday afternoon by the Highway Patrol. The report says that 34-year-old Tara McKinley had been wanted on a misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear on a leaving the scene charge in Ray County and a failure to appear warrant for marijuana possession in Morgan County. McKinley was taken to the Miller County Jail.
