Three people have been arrested in Lebanon for allegedly producing methamphetamine. According to police, Ruben J. Moreno Jr. And 24 year old Chelsea Heaston both of Lebanon along with 24 year old Shane Michael Hare of Springfield have been charged with a class “a” felony of attempting to manufacture a controlled substance and also a class “c” felony of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree. The female suspect allegedly told police that she was allowing her boyfriend to make Meth in her home so she could get high for free. All three are being held in the Laclede County Jail on $75-thousand dollars bond.
