Three Major Powerboat Racing Groups Come Together To Form One Organization

The three major powerboat racing groups in the US are coming together for the first time in decades.

According to a Speed On The Water, the Offshore Powerboat Association, Race World Offshore and Powerboat P1 are coming together to race under the All American Powerboat Association umbrella as one organization.

OPA will have 12 of its own races, including Lake Race and the world finals at Englewood Florida, Powerboat P1 will run 6 of its own races, including the Sarasota Grand Prix and Race World Offshore will run the Clearwater and Key West races.

At this time there are only 2 races schedule for the Lake, Lake Race and the Shootout, along with 3 specialty poker run events. There has been no word on Offshore At The Ozarks returning for 2021 as of yet.
