A tip leads to the arrest of three people for a burglary at a convenience store, a church and the theft of a truck in Morgan County. The Sheriff’s Office says last week, deputies received a report of a burglary at Zimmy’s Market on Highway 52 in Versailles. An unknown amount of cash and goods were taken along with a 2009 Chevy pick up. A few hours later, burglary and property damage was reported at Trinity Baptist Church on Church Road in Versailles. An unknown amount of cash and electronics were taken. There was also property damage inside the church. A tip led deputies to the Fountain Apartments in Versailles where 20-year old Terry Robertson from Barnett, 20-year old Earnie Montavy from Versailles and 19-year old Wayne Rogers of Stover. All three are facing charges of burglary, vehicle tampering and property damage. All three men are being held on a bond of 50 thousand dollars each.
