A Lake Ozark man accused of violently attacking family members in front of his 5 month old child is scheduled to be back in a Camden County courtroom this morning. Jonathan Wayne Tindall is charged with three counts each of Domestic Assault and Armed Criminal Action, all felonies, along with one felony count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The incident, allegedly, happened in January at a house on Carol Road where Tindall lived with his relatives and daughter. Reports indicate that Tindall had fled the house and called his dad saying he had stabbed the victims but could not remember much else about what happened. Tindall, who is being held on no bond, is represented by the public defender. Judge Aaron Koeppen (cooh-pen) is presiding over the case.
