Town Halls Planned to Discuss OTC Vote

There will be a series of town hall meetings coming up to discuss the proposal to construct a new campus for Ozarks Technical Community College at Lake of the Ozarks. Voters in April will decide whether to be annexed into the OTC district, thus raising property taxes to fund the campus construction. There are three meetings scheduled. The first will be held March 2nd in the Laclede Electric conference room in Camdenton. The second will take place March 18th at the Lake of the Ozarks Board of Realtors in Sunrise Beach. The final town hall will be held March 24th at Osage Beach City Hall. All three are scheduled from 5:30-7pm.
