Truman VA Hospital Breaking Ground For New Community Living Center

The Truman VA is breaking ground on a new Community Living Center Monday.

Phase one of the construction will include a 14-bed long-term facility with access to the hospital’s park.

There will also be a bistro and a courtyard for use by residents and their families.

This first phase of construction will be complete by Spring of 2022.

But attendance for the groundbreaking ceremony will be limited due to COVID-19 concerns.
