A Tuscumbia man jailed in Miller County was allegedly under the influence when he was involved in an accident. 20-year old Brandon Roark is charged by the Highway Patrol with DWI-drugs, no seatbelt, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident. He was arrested Monday afternoon.
