Two more lawsuits have been filed against the Camdenton R-3 School District in connection to the handling of former janitor Jesse Devore.

According to our news partner KY 3 TV, St. Louis Attorney J.C. Pleban filed the lawsuits on behalf of a minor and a mother of a child, as well as a boy and his father.

The lawsuits name Superintendent Tim Hadfield, Assistant Superintendent Ryan Neal, The District and the former Janitor’s father.

Devore was charged, arrested and fired following an exposure incident at Oak Ridge Intermediate, shortly after he was transferred there from Camdenton Middle School.

A lawsuit was filed last week by District Teacher Kirk Richey, also accusing the school of mishandling the janitor’s case during Devore’s time at the middle school.

That lawsuit claims they had knowledge of at least two other cases prior to his firing.
