Two individuals are behind bars today after being caught with methamphetamine in their residence. According to reports, deputies where investigating a stolen vehicle at a home on Chestnut street in the Freeburg area on Thursday. After making contact with two residents inside the home, deputies found 39 year old Janet Duke attempting to hide methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Deputies then arrested Duke and 50 year old Daniel Duke. There were four children inside the home at the time of the arrests. Both individuals are being held at the county jail on a $10,000 bond. It is unknown what will happen to the children.
