Two Lake Area men are charged after a Craigslist ad trying to sell stolen merchandise leads authorities to the suspects. The Camden County Sheriff’s Department says that a burglary report in the 4700 block of the Horseshoe Bend Parkway was received on January 28th. During the investigation, information was received that some of the stolen items had been put for sale on Craigslist. A sting was set up meeting with the seller who was arrested at that time. He is identified as 46-year-old Dale Edwards who had been wanted on Probation Violation and Domestic Assault warrants. He is also now charged with Stealing. A search warrant was then executed at 270 Bittersweet, in the Village of Four Seasons, where the second suspect was taken into custody. He is identified as 46-year-old David Edwards who is charged with Receiving Stolen Property. Both were taken to the Camden County Jail.
