Two Blood Drives This Week in Osage Beach

There are two blood drives in Osage Beach this week to help supply Community Blood Center of the Ozarks. The CBCO serves 38 area hospitals and is currently on yellow alert for A negative and O negative blood. That means there is less than a two day supply of these types on hospital shelves. Walk On The Water Faith Church, at 959 Old State Park Rd., has a blood driver Wednesday from 3:30-6:30 p.m.; and there’s one at Osage Beach City Hall Thursday from 9a.m. to 1p.m. For more information about the blood drive’s visit www.cbco.org or call 1-800-280-5337.
