Two Eldon Residents Face Drug Charges After Being Arrested by Highway Patrol

Two Eldon residents land in the Miller County Jail after being arrested Saturday night by the highway patrol.

The highway patrol report indicates 19-year-old Victoria Vincent faces pending felony charges of tampering with a motor vehicle, delivery of methamphetamine, possession of hydrocodone and tampering with physical evidence. Vincent also faces misdemeanor charges of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Also arrested was 36-year-old Matthew Carter who faces a pending felony for possession of meth and a misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia.

Both, Vincent and Carter, were put on 24-hour holds.

A 3rd Person, 30-year-old Amy Schuman of Osage Beach was also picked up and faces charges of possession of Marijuana. She’s being held in Cole County.
