Two international military students training at Fort Leonard Wood; have been ordered to leave the United States. Mohammed Mefleh, a Jordanian army officer, and Antoine Chela, an officer in the Lebanese army, were arrested in October, following allegations that they attempted to entice a 12 year old girl into their vehicle and asked for sexual favors. According to the Pulaski county prosecutor Kevin Hillman, the family of the victim requested that she not have to go through the trauma of having to testify at two trials. An agreement was reached that required both Mefleh and Chela serve 90 days in the Pulaski county jail, pay for the cost of their incarceration, and they had to leave the country and not return. Hillman said, officials from the U.S. department of homeland security are tracking the two men, and will verify their departure.
