Two groups are now standing with the Camdenton R-3 school district in their battle with the American Civil Liberties Union. The Alliance Defense Fund and Missouri Family Policy Council have both filed a friend of the court brief supporting the school’s assertion that their internet filtering software complies with federal law. The ACLU says the school’s filtering software is discriminatory against the gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgendered viewpoint. No hearing has been set for the ACLU’s preliminary injunction or the school’s motion to dismiss.
