Two Injured In Separate Water Incidents On Osage Arm

A couple of people are hurt in separate boating accidents on Osage arm of the Lake of the Ozarks.

The Highway Patrol’s water division says 41-year-old Michael Ostmeyer of Kansas was seriously injured after being thrown off his PWC from a wake at the 33 ½ mile mark.

The Highway Patrol also says 36-year-old Jennifer Schreiner of Iowa was seriously injured at the 53 mile mark when she overturned in the tube she was riding on, causing the rope to snap at her.

Both were taken to Lake Regional for Treatment.
