Brown now also faces pending felony charges of stealing a motor vehicle, first-degree assault, being a felon in possession of a firearm, resisting by flight, stealing a firearm and property damage along with several traffic-related offenses in connection to the arrest. He was booked into the Webster County Jail without bond. Also arrested after an encounter with law enforcement Saturday night was 31-year-old Joshua Scott of Eldon. Scott’s already on probation for a felony drug charge in Morgan County and has another open felony drug charge in Miller County. He now faces new pending felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and resisting arrest along with misdemeanor DWI-drugs, possession of paraphernalia and seven traffic-related offenses. He was taken to the Miller County Jail and put on a 24-hour hold.
