Two men are being held with no Bond in the Morgan County Jail following ICE arrests on Friday.
According to the Sheriff’s inmate roster, 35-year-old Vathsadavouth Vath Donethale was picked up on what could end up being charges of rape with an underage child.
It’s not the first time for Donethale, online records show he’s been charged with this action previously in the Kansas City area back in 2004, and is currently registered as a sex offender in Kansas.
No further details have been released in the arrest at this time.
A second man, Lorenzo Tolentino, was also picked up at the same time for an immigration violation.
