A two year old girl who had been the subject of an endangered person advisory by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is safe and sound. The Rolla Police Department is reporting that two year old Ellanna Jade Spear has been found. Spear had been dropped off at the home of her non-custodial grandparents and her custodial grandparents later received a text message from them that the little girl would not be returning. Law enforcement statewide had been searching for spear since Sunday morning when the endangered person advisory was issued. Spear was located in Jefferson City at the home of Coleen and Scott Jones. Coleen Jones has been charged with felony interference, and Scott Jones has been charged with felony kidnapping.
