After 2 days of rain and sweat, one man emerged victorious in the fall 2013 big bass bash. Holding the title for 2 straight days, Tyler Elders maintained his catch during the 9-11am check in on day 1 of 6 pounds, 52 ounces to win a grand total of $61,500 dollars. A hard fought second place was made in day 2 of the event early in the morning by Bobby Williams catching a 6 pound 47 ounce bass while a 6 pound 43 ounce bass helped Earl Malone make it to third place after his catch in the very first hour of day 1. In the ladies division Julie Hibdon brought home a whopping $1,000 dollars extra for her catch of 5 pounds 27 ounces along with many other winners who took home extra cash and gift certificates to the City Grill and Bass Pro Shops. Hundreds of local and national non-professional anglers competed in the 2 day event put on by the Midwest Fish Tournaments group. For full results you can visit their website http://bigbassbash.com
