Unemployment Rate Unchanged in December

Missouri’s unemployment rate was unchanged for the month of December, checking in at 3.3%. According to the Department of Economic Development, the state ended the year adding 20,000 jobs to the economy. The unemployment rate was at 3.3% for six months out of the year in 2019 and dipped as low as 3.1% It’s been below the national rate for 41 consecutive months.
