Union Man Charged with Burglary

A Union man faces several pending felony charges after being taken into custody in Morgan County. 33-year-old Chad Paul Shaw is charged with two counts of burglary in connection to incidents which, allegedly, happened on April 3^rd and 4^th. Shaw is also charged with six counts of tampering with the property of another…all eight of the charges are class-D felonies. Shaw, who is currently on felony probation after pleading guilty earlier this year on two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, was being held in the Morgan County Jail on a $35-thousand bond.
