The University of Missouri is facing a class action lawsuit over refunds for COVID-19.

The suit filed by a St. Louis Attorney indicates that students did not get their “full value and benefits” for being on campus and that the school should give back more.

Mizzou officials say they did offer students prorated rates for the spring semester and they extended any remaining meal plans to fall semester. For those not returning, a refund was issued for the remaining meal plan balance.

The university also returned a portion of the Rec Center fee.
