An apparent prank prompted the evacuation of Camdenton High School shortly before noon today. Students and faculty were relocated to Oak Ridge Intermediate and Camdenton Middle School while administrators and law enforcement officials investigated a bomb threat. Police searched the high school building with an explosive-sniffing dog. School staff say a student texted a parent after hearing a bomb was supposed to go off at noon. That parent then contacted district officials or police. The threat was determined to be a hoax and students returned to the school to resume Fifth Hour classes.
