24-year-old Kenneth R. Lintz II has been formally charged with felony assault, for Wednesday night’s shooting in Richland. The 32-year-old victim told Camden County deputies when he went to his ex-girlfriend’s home on Rod Condon Road to retrieve his car, he was confronted by Lintz, the woman’s son, armed with a semi-automatic handgun. Lintz allegedly fired a round in the direction of the vehicle to scare the victim, and struck him in the shin. He was treated at the scene by Tri County Fire and Pulaski County Ambulance, and transported to Lake Regional Hospital. Lintz is currently being held on a no bond warrant at the Camden County Adult Detention Facility.
