A Lee’s Summit woman accused of killing her father and his girlfriend at their home in Sunrise Beach almost three years ago will be arraigned on Friday. 45-year old Susan Van Note is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of 67-year old William Van Note and 59-year old Sharon Dickson. They were found shot and stabbed inside William’s home in October of 2010. Dickson died at the scene, but William was taken to a Columbia hospital where he died a few days later. Prosecutors say Susan Van Note forged a document that took him off of life support. She is also charged with one count of forgery. The arraignment will be at the Camden County Courthouse. Van Note is free on bond.
