In the meantime, Missouri voters will head to the polls in November to decide the fate of the Voter-ID law. State Rep Rocky Miller says the House and Senate overrode a veto by the governor that potentially would have exposed our voting privilege to widespread fraud.
Miller goes onto say there is apparently overwhelming public support,75 or 80 percent of the Lake Area, in favor of voting the ID Card bill into law. All totaled this week, the Missouri House and Senate voted to override 13 of the 20 bills the governor vetoed during the General Assembly.
