Wal-Mart Introduces New Team Based Operating Model – Increases Pay

Some employees of Wal-Mart will likely see a pay raise soon.

The company announcing earlier this week that they’re starting a new team-based operating model for it’s Supercenters, which comes with higher pay.

The new wages for hourly team lead roles will start between $18 and $21 dollars an hour and can go up to $30.

The company says the raises would take effect in October and it takes the place of the annual increases employees usually get in February or April.
