Northwest of the Lake Area in Warrensburg, a prosecutor says one man accused of killing two Wisconsin men admits to disposing of the bodies.

But he says he didn’t kill them.

Garland Nelson of Braymer is accused of first–degree-murder in the deaths of brothers Justin and Nicholas Diemel, both of Shawano County, Wisconsin.

Nelson’s defense team wanted two charges of abandoning a body dropped, but the request was denied.

The trial has been moved from Johnson County to Caldwell County.
