The Morgan County sheriff’s department is seeking arrest warrants against the owner of a house near Barnett where over 150 dogs, cats, horses and goats were recently rescued. Police say additional arrest warrants in the case are expected. On May 6th Sheriff’s deputies along with the humane society’s animal cruelty task force rescued the animals from the property on hill point road. Officials with the humane society say most of the animals are improving and many have been adopted.
