Two Warsaw residents face felony charges in Morgan County after, apparently, being taken into custody by the Mid-MO Drug Task Force. Courthouse records indicate that 40-year-old Michael David Rice and 31-year-old Renee Farhner are both formally charged with endangering the welfare of a child-no sexual contact, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful use of a weapon for being in possession, at the same time, of a felony controlled substance. Rice was also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm. Both were booked into the Morgan County Jail.
