Another Lake area school is asking students to “mask up” when social distancing isn’t possible.

Officials with the WARSAW R-9 District say all students, except pre-kindergarten, are being asked to wear a mask when appropriate.

They’ve also given special designed masks to the marching band to wear that has a magnet inside, which allow the mask to close when they’re not playing an instrument.

The school says they are maintaining seating charts in every classroom and were recently given 30 picnic tables from the Army Corps of Engineers to help them with additional outside classes to stop the spread of the virus.

Earlier this week the Camdenton R-3 School District indicated they would be making a similar requirement for students.
