Waynesville Schools Raise Pay Rates For Substitute Teachers

Heads up Substitute teachers.

The Waynesville School district says they are looking for more teachers to help keep their programs moving forward in the battle over COVID 19.

In order to get that done, the district is temporarily raising their rates for substitute teachers and paraprofessionals.

The rates go into effect immediately and last until May of next year.
