A number of highway projects are taking place this week in the Tri-county area. Pavement and sidewalk improvements continue in Camden County as the contractor will install pedestrian signal upgrades at the town square intersection. Occasional lane closures are likely in the work area. In Miller county, roadside maintenance will take place on route 17 between 52 and route “H” and also on route “AA” between 54 and route “C” in Cole county while culvert pipe installation is scheduled for route “Y” between oak hill road and the end of state maintenance in Morgan county; and culvert pipe replacement will take place on route “BB” between route 42 and the maries county line. In Morgan county roadside maintenance is taking place on route 52 between route 5 and “AA” and culvert pipe replacement starts tomorrow (tues) on route “KK” between route “DD” and butterfield trail. One lane will be open and crews will flag traffic thru the work areas.
