Former Camden County Deputy and Camdenton City police officer Leonard Wilson will now stand trial, locally, on a second case involving alleged sex-related offenses with female juveniles. Wilson’s attorney appeared in court Monday to waive a preliminary hearing advancing the case to the circuit level. Wilson faces two counts of statutory sodomy and one count of child molestation in the case along with one count each of child molestation, possession of child porn, transferring porn to a minor and stalking in the other case which was already bound over to the circuit court level. Wilson did not appear in the proceeding on Monday. He’s currently in federal custody on an indictment for another child porn charge.
