Authorities say a woman struck by a boat while riding a personal watercraft was intoxicated at the time of the accident. 25-year old Toni Hutsell of Adrian was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries following the accident, in which she allegedly turned her pwc into the path of the boat, causing the collision. She faces pending charges of BWI, operating a boat in a careless & imprudent manner, and no boater safety card.
