Lake area physical therapists are worried about residents who’ve been working from home since COVID 19 started.

According to a recent survey from the American Chiropractic Association, some 90% of Americans are suffering from posture issues due to sitting in front of a computer for too long.

Experts say that is leading to extreme backaches, neck pain and headaches.

They’re recommending you take a break from work, do quick 5-minute exercises during the middle of your shift and adding additional support options like lumbar support pillows or mouse pads with additional hand support.
