The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says a large manhunt ended without incident and the arrest of a suspect.

Sheriff Stacy Ball says deputies were joined by the highway patrol and detectives from Relentless Pursuit to conduct the manhunt and take Joshua Trotter into custody.

Pending formal charges which had not been filed as of late Wednesday morning, Trotter is being accused of first-degree assault and trafficking illegal narcotics.

Sheriff Ball went on to say you can run and hide delaying the inevitable but in the end you will go to jail if you commit violent crimes or traffic narcotics in Pulaski County.
