Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway has announced the top-10 consumer complaints handled by the office in 2025.
Those complaints dealt with health billing coming in at number-10 followed by professional services, identity theft, solicitations, communications and online services, real estate and construction at number-5, retail wholesale, financial, automotive and the top complaints dealt with violations of the no-=call list.
In total, the AG’s Office received more than 104,000 consumer complaints and inquiries in 2025.
